How do I pay for an OnSite Course?
Our website has a secure store checkout that accepts credit cards and interac. Select the course date you want to attend. To pay for an onsite course, select the course you want to purchase, add to cart and check out using the payment option of credit card or interac. You will be emailed a receipt.
How do I access my OnSite Course once paid for?
We provide our onsite courses at our training centre located at Suite 102-236 Madawaska Blvd in Arnprior, Ontario K7S 0A3. Here is a google map on how to get there. https://tinyurl.com/y63efzqv. Once you arrive please park in the parking lot o the left opposite the training centre.
Am I certified after I take a course?
All of our onsite courses provide a wallet certificate upon successful completion of the course. Your name, issue date and expiry date will be completed by the instructor upon completion of the course.
How many people can take the course I purchase?
We have a minimum billing of 10 people per course. If less than 10 people register for a course on a specific date, the course will be cancelled and re-scheduled.
Who is teaching my OnSite Course?
All of our instructors have many years of real life experience in the course domain they teach. As well, we have a quality assurance instructor program for each instructor to ensure they meet the standards and/or guidelines within each onsite course.
Do I need to bring anything to my OnSite Course?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water to stay hydrated and snacks. There typically is 2 breaks per 8 hours and 45 minutes for lunch. We do not provide lunch, but there are many food choices within a 5 minute radius of our training centre.
